Three White Sage and Lavender smudge sticks. One 5 inch (140mm) bundles. Selected herbs follow traditional ceremonial customs as practiced by generations of Native Americans. The pointed end of the bundle is lit while holding it over a bowl of sand. Blowing on the glowing surface will provide the fragrance and smoke for wanding.
