Now one of the scarcest cars in existence, the 275 GTB/4S NART Spider was a roadgoing 2-seater spider version of the 275 GTB/4. the NART Spider was born of a direct request from Ferrari's North American dealer Luigi Chinetti to Sergio Scaglietti and Enzo Ferrari; Chinetti wanted to offer his buyers precisely what they wanted, a successor to the earlier 250 California Spider series. Whilst the name "NART" was never part of the Spider’s official designation, the cars were informally named “NART” Spiders and a cloisonné badge was installed with the team's logo on the rear of each car in reference
