Classic Bitter Our take on a classic English bitter: copper coloured, well balanced, malty flavours and a smooth bitter finish, using British grown Fuggles hops for subtle flavours, enhanced with a touch of Columbus and Bobek. The most traditional beer from our core range, it was a shift away from the high hopped pales on which we founded our reputation. It came about when we took on our wonderful pub The Rising Sun and encountered a hoard of bitter drinkers who wanted brown beer on the bar!
