Black IPA The original Black IPA, and by a long stretch our most decorated Award winning beer. Brewed using 6 different malts including chocolate malts, black malts and roasted barley. Generously hopped with a mix of Cascade, and Green Bullet. Flavours reminiscent of bitter chocolate, fruitcake and raisins, with beautiful aromas of dark chocolate, coffee and burnt toast. Black Mass has previously been described as a bit of an enigma… a hop forward dark beer, too hoppy to be labelled a straightforward stout and without a category to define it when it was first brewed over 25 years ago.
